User Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Catalina Tea and the users who benefit from the services provided through the website www.catalinatea.com ("Site"). All users who create an account on the Site are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey, shall have jurisdiction.
