Return Conditions
- You must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used dietary supplements and tea products cannot be returned.
Return Process
- To request a return, please email us at info@catalinatea.com or call us at (544) 150-3534.
- Once your request is approved, send the product along with its original packaging and invoice to the return address we provide.
- After the product is received and inspected, your return will be processed and your refund will be issued.
