Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is prepared for the sale of products provided by Catalina Tea through the website www.catalinatea.com. By confirming this agreement, the Buyer accepts all the terms stated herein.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website www.catalinatea.com.

3. Product and Payment Information

The main features of the products are available on www.catalinatea.com. Prices are valid at the time of purchase, and the Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and are calculated and disclosed during checkout.
• The delivery period is a maximum of 30 days after order confirmation. In case of force majeure, this period may be extended.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason or incurring any penalty.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and complete.

6. Return Conditions

Returns are not accepted after the withdrawal period or for products that are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please review our Return Policy page for more details.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence.

8. Enforcement

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this agreement. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement when necessary. The current version of the agreement is published on www.catalinatea.com and becomes effective upon publication.
